The Beautiful Double Room felt more like a sauna without air conditioning, leading to an uncomfortable night. Mosquitoes invaded due to an open window, turning sleep into a battle. The soft pillows left me waking with neck cramps, impacting my overall comfort. Breakfast at 13.5 euros felt overpriced for the limited options available.

I wasn't blessed with a Schwangau guest card, despite multiple promises-what a good disappointment! The room was devoid of climate control, leading to a sweaty, insect-infested experience. Absolutely no complimentary snacks or drinks were offered either, as if i'm not deserving of such luxuries. Nearly left a good review, but just couldn't reconcile my experience with this apparent royal treat.

the location of the hotel is marvellous, just next door to neuschwanstein castle, and restaurant. again, it's 15 minutes drive from a yellow gothic castle. the room is new-fashioned, air-conditioned and has castle views. the bed is soft, slept really good.

The staff's hospitality was really good, as they were very good too. We were delighted by the magnificent views of Neuschwanstein Castle from our room's balcony.

Dated furnishings throughout the hotel created an old-fashioned vibe. The Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent.

pleasant stay but room for improvement

The location was fantastic. A short walk to Neuschwanstein Castle added charm to our trip. I particularly enjoyed the friendly staff, who were always eager to assist us. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, as the variety on the menu was excellent. The mountain view from our room was a refreshing sight each morning.

The cleanliness in some areas could be improved.
